Her background includes business operations, corporate governance, sales and marketing implementation, project coordination, and business improvement in real operating conditions.</p>

Miloš leads AdriaMont’s work in hiring, people systems, skills development, and workforce performance.
He is a graduate psychologist with a master’s degree in educational psychology, additional master’s studies in international social policy, and a Ph.D. in intercultural studies. He has built substantial international experience across Europe and the United States, including analytical and consulting work for organizations such as the OECD and the European Union.
Throughout his career, Miloš has worked on skills assessment and development, personnel selection, human resources, organizational management, and workforce performance.
