AdriaMont Consulting AdriaMont Consulting was founded by Ana Peković and Dr. Miloš Kankaraš, following their successful careers in the private sector (Ana) and international organizations (Miloš).

Ana Peković, the Executive Director of AdriaMont Consulting, will personally engage with you in most cases to understand your needs and determine the best way we can support you. Ana is a graduate economist with a wealth of professional experience, having worked in various private companies and successfully developed her family business as an executive director.

Her professional expertise covers areas such as corporate governance, project management, sales and marketing strategy development and implementation, business software solutions implementation, and other areas crucial for successful business operations.

Dr. Miloš Kankaraš is a graduate psychologist with a master’s degree in educational psychology and additional master’s studies in international social policy from abroad. He obtained his Ph.D. in the field of intercultural studies. He has gained extensive professional experience in the Netherlands, France, Ireland, Greece, and the United States, working as an analyst and consultant for some of the world’s leading international organizations, including the OECD and the European Union.

Throughout his career, Miloš has been involved in a wide range of topics, including skills assessment and development, organizational management, human resources management, personnel selection, and more.

He has authored numerous publications for both professional and general audiences, which you can explore to gain further insights here and here. Miloš can provide assistance in areas such as strategic planning, work organization, personnel selection, human resources management, productivity enhancement, skill development, and more.

AdriaMont Consulting also engages other individuals, as needed, to provide expert and administrative support in managing assigned projects and fulfilling agreed-upon tasks.
